I want to take Step 3 before the end of this year (hopefully!) but I am completely stumped by what/how to study for it. I was wondering if anyone in the alumni had any suggestions for that or if someone could share there experience. Thanks!  

Well I haven't cleared my step 3 yet but just started preparing for it. Some of the things I was told to do are:

-Practice with Primum CCS software, you can download it from www.usmle.org.
-Practice questions (both MCQs and CCS) from a online course of usmleworld website.
-If its been a while since you gave step 2 consider reading some review book, Crush step 3 review seems to be a favorite of people nowadays.
