Does any one have any info regarding a "fifth pathway" program?? Just came across the term a couple of days ago while going through usmle.org.

Fifth pathway is a type of internship (supervised clinical training) offered to only US citizen OR FMG who graduate as medical doctors from outside USA in countries where Govt./social service or 1 year internship is a requirement to obtain the medical degree or diploma.
