I understand that there are a number of commercial agencies which provide a list of IMG friendly hospitals, visa provided etc for a price. I was just wondering if these lists are reliable and uptodate. Also, can someone recommend a good site for the same ( paid and free )?

One can only hope that the list is uptodate, there are no
guarantees however. That answer can only be most accurate if
you contact the program itself. However, when looking at
these websites, you should, with common-sense be able to
discern variations in quality (layout of website,
credentials etc) as well as judge which one might suit your
needs. Most of them do not charge heavily, so a one time
investment in one or two of them is not a bad idea.
